SPORTS VOUCHERS:

Sports Vouchers can now be used to cover Hockey SA fees as well as club fees (2 x $100 vouchers available per child aged Reception to Year 9). The JotForm (link below) MUST be completed BEFORE registering to play.  https://form.jotform.com/250346215228047 

HOCKEY AUSTRALIA (HA) AND HOCKEY SA (HSA) FEES:

All Players MUST register online and pay the HA and HSA fees prior to their first game. Register online by clicking either RETURNING MEMBER or NEW MEMBER at the bottom of this page. Any issues or questions regarding registration can be directed to secretary@amunitedhc.com 

Hookin2Hockey Registration (U8 & U10) $41.81

Junior Player Registration (U12, U14, U16 & U18) $98.81

Senior Registration $165.29

The above fees are payable by credit card on registration. Non-playing members are also encouraged to register online for no fee. 

CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEES:

The fees outlined below are in addition to the HA and HSA fees and are due to be paid by the 31st of May. 

The Club Membership Fee includes venue hire for trainings, turf fees and BVHA charges for entering a team for the season. 

Please note that there will be an additional $11 BVHA levy applicable to all Playing Members.

An invoice will be issued by the club Treasurer after registration. Please feel free to contact treasurer@amunitedhc.com should you need to discuss payment.
